Proof of Vaccinations
We require proof of all current vaccinations from your veterinarian.
DOGS: DHLPP, Bordatella, Rabies
CATS: FVRCP, Rabies
If you are not sure whether your pet is properly immunized or if you have the proper documentation, please call or e-mail us and we will be glad to help answer your questions.
Your Pet's Health
The health of your pet while in our care is very important to Town & Country Kennels. All incoming pets are examined for signs of flea or tick infestation and, if necessary, will be treated at the owner's expense. If you
are using a particular type of flea protection, please inform us so that we can work together to keep flea and tick population under control.
Please provide us with the telephone number where we may reach you while your Pet is in our care. Or, in the event that we are unable to reach you, the name and telephone number of someone who can make medical decisions for your Pet in your absence. If emergency medical care is necessary, it will be provided at your expense. We will take ALL precautions, and notify
you and your Veterinarian.
